5 Jun:
– Yesterday we had another 2 great sessions (posters will be available for showing even today). Today, we continue with the final session.
The only change in schedule today is that Erick Gallun will give Aaron Seitz’s talk.
– The main change in the social program today is that the outing will be to Zadiel gorge instead of Tatras (due to rain predicted in Tatras). It’s an easy-to-moderate walk/hike (see details below). And, we’re leaving only at 1:30p, so no need to rush with your lunch (which is again on your own – see recommendations below).
– And, a reminder for presenters (and chairs), please come to your session 15 mins prior to starting, and check that your presentation is working.

4 Jun:
Yesterday we had 2 great invited sessions. Today, we continue with one invited and one contributed (split between talks and posters).
Invited speakers, your reimbursements will be with the secretary today at 11:45a. Come to the registration desk to pick them up.
We updated information/doodles for Tuesday and Wednesday outing. Please, sign up soon if you’re planning to join either of them (We decided to organize the lunch only for the Wednesday trip. Sign up for that as well.)
And, a reminder for talks presenters (and chairs), please come to your session 15 mins prior to starting, and check that your presentation is working.

Welcome to all the participants! This updates section is our way of communicating with you. Each day, we’ll plan to update it by 7am.
We pre-kicked out the workshop with a moderate hike to Kojsovka (photo).
Upon your arrival, please sign your name on the registration form. Also, pick up your badge (write your name on one and wear it) so that people can identify you easily. And, let us know if you need an attendance confirmation letter from us.
Wifi password will be on the registration desk. 
For the presenters, please come to your session 15 mins prior to starting, and check that your presentation is working.
There are small updates in the schedule: Kopco’s talk will be split with Vlahou; Seitz’s talk will be given by Gallun; Slaminen & Horsfall have withdrawn their talks. Yoonessi will give a talk instead of poster.
In addition to the scientific program, we plan to have a group photo taken at 16:45 (after the Monday PM session). And, there is the reception at 18:00.
Invited speakers come to the registration at 11:45 to sign your contracts and surrender receipts for reimbursement.
We are preparing to give you an option of ordering a lunch in the nearby hotel/restaurant Marathon or have it delivered (and, starting Tuesday, in the University cafeteria). This is mostly for people planning to join us on the Wednesday afternoon outing. Info will be provided at the registration desk. 3
